A former "Sandy's" drive-in. Sandy's started back in the 50s and was intended to be a competitor to McDonald's! They never got that big however and eventually merged with Hardee's and finally the last remaining Sandy's were converted in the early 70s. This one has been a bunch of other places since then.

Unfortunately both are gone.
The first was in Kodak Tn and the second at Dixie Lee Junction just a few minutes from my home. My wife and I had breakfast there almost every Friday morning. Two people could have a full breakfast for $6. The lady is Mrs Byrd the owner since 1947.
