Thank you. It took me a while to get used to the 12-35. It is one of my take everywhere lenses along with the 35-100/2.8 and 25/1.4.

Paulfish, you can still find them on Ebay, sometimes even new for around 500. Very under-rated camera. I still miss mine sometimes.

I'd heard that Panasonic may have discontinued the GX line and stuck to GH and G.

I have seen it on the used site at b&h from time to time.

Most likely there is a gx8 on the way. Chk out the gm5 or lx100 as an alternate if the gx8 is not to your liking or can't find a used gx7..

There was a rumor about gx8 on the m43 rumor site, but your guess as good as mine.. I heard about a possible discontinue as well about the beginning of the year. Anyway who really knows, it's just rumors.
