Do use remanufactured cartridges?

I was looking at the prices of ink cartridges for the Epson R1800 today, and noticed that remanufactured cartridges are about 1/4 the cost of new. That's a big saving. Does anyone here use remanufactured cartridges? If so, what has been your experience with them.
