I find the size limiting. I don't want to have to export a photo three different times from LR in three different sizes just to post one here. If I can't get my 900px image to fit here, then it doesn't get uploaded.

I agree with Katie above.

You needn't upload to RFF's server (which limits you to 600 px.) You can just use the picture's url and it will be embedded.
 
I collect my images on Flickr and post them in a thread when appropriate (or not) but never intentionally in the Range Finder Forum Gallery.
