Encoding Leica M lenses

Hi,
I am from Argentina. And would like to encode 6-bit, four of my M lenses.
Would like to know where can I contact to do that ( no problem if it is abroad) and how long it takes for the service.

If they are Leica lenses, contact Leica in Argentina to have them shipped to Solms for coding. There is a charge for this service.

When I contacted to Leica guys in Argentina (informed at official Leica web site), they told me that I must find out for myself at Leica site the email for contact and send the lenses. This week sent two emails to cs@leica-camera.com but not answered yet.

Vaya, que qué forma de tratar al cliente. Se supone que ellos deben de proveer ese tipo de información, o es que ellos no saben nada?

I think you should try again; apparently customer service is not their forté if they're not in Germany. I've run into many walls with Leica NJ, and I say that feeling it's not quite fair because I was able to find some people that were capable and extremely helpful, but then I would always reach people who knew nothing and sounded overworked.

I know Jaap has had nothing but good things to say about Solms' service.
