50mm EF on adapter
Wait, did you replace Fuji with EOS M?
Nice shot Joe
Does it feel cumbersome with the adapter?
I like the ability to remove the tripod mount.
the camera is so small that i need to figure how to hold it more steady, getting quite a few blurry shots.
Joe, keep an eye on the shutter speed if you are using aperture priority. In my experience, the M's firmware is programmed to keep ISO low at the expense of shutter speed. This is why the camera will insist on selecting say 1/30 or 1/20 while keeping the ISO at 200 (or whatever the base is in auto).
I find the size of the camera (which is great) and the ergonomics (which really aren't) create issues with these shutter speeds. And I don't have problems with shaky hands etc. It's just silly that you can't select a minimum shutter speed along with a max ISO.
No I have not, and yes, Iprefer the longer focal length of the 50.nice shots!
have you tried the ef 40/2.8? wondering if you prefer the 50 over the 40?

I know it's not Av mode, but the best way around this is M mode with Auto ISO, and set your shutter speed as desired.
