EPSON 4990 can SCAN 617 Camera Film Type ?

I don't think comes with 6x17 - 6x12 only

I just chose the Canon 9950F - it does great scans up to 6x23 i.e. from my 450 degree Roundshot negs.

I have an epson 4990 and yes you can, you can just put the nagative flat on the scanner and scan up to a4 size negatives if you like. There is a "film guide" wich is basically a huge empty square so you can scan up to a4. Thats what I use to scan 4*5 negatives without loosing 5% of the edges like with the standard film holder.
