The best camera is one that still works!
I've just had to change computers recently and am now using Windows 7 (XP previously) and was wondering if Epson Raw will install and work with it?
I really liked the genuine Epson raw converter ... in particular the monochrome conversions it produces and would like to keep using it if possible. It is still available for download on the bartender's site.
Thanks in advance.

I'm curious - is Epson Raw better than the latest incarnation of Lightroom?
I use lightroom 4 and to be honest find it quite good. But I have never tried Epson Raw.

I'm not a Lightroom person and prefer ACDSee Pro. I convert the raws to tiffs before working on them in ACDSee with Epson Raw conerter. If the image is going to be black and white I always do that conversion in the Epson software ... it gives a nicer look for some reason.

I have been running Windows 7 for about a year now, no problems with EpsonRAW whatsoever.

Downloaded and installed it yesterday ... seems great. Now to get that RD-1s out of the cupboard and shoot some vintage 6 megapixel digital!
