Ercona shutter

Good morning everybody! It's the first time I'm writing here and I have an odd question: how do you open this? It's Pentacon Ercona II, poor man's version with 3 times.
Please don't tell me to open it with a nutcracker and not waste time: Novonar-V glasses are p.e.r.f.e.c.t, the rest of the camera almost perfect too, and we are making some experience at school with my students.

Shutter of course needs cleaning; front and back lenses are easy out, but I don't know how to dismantle central lens which covers the shutter compartment, neither from the front nor from the back.

I would assume that it should just unscrew from the shutter. It usually helps if you use something that helps you grip the lens.

I think I see a set screw inside the bezel there.
Unscrewing that will probably allow you to unscrew the group from the shutter.
And the cover plate of the shutter should come off then.

You are in luck, that is a (well documented) West German Pronto shutter (unbranded, but with a Gauthier Werke logo). Mine had a GDR made Vebur (for which no docs seem to exist). In mine, the front group unscrewed as a whole, and I'd expect yours to behave the same - if so, you took apart the group by accident. See whether the suggestion above regarding a set screw is right - in general there ought to be none, but you might have the rare exception to the rule. If there is none, the thread probably is stuck in oxidized grease, and you might have to warm it or apply traces of solvent (lighter fluid).

I will look for documentation. That was what I thought - I have just a little experience and know that I'm not a trained technician - but anything else is so weak and easy to unscrew that I preferred not to force it, thinking there is another way. Even by hand. I was puzzled by the small hole more or less at 10 o'clock, there is nothing to unscrew below it. Thanks.

I came across this one other time. I believe the original tool for removal would have been a round rubber faced gripper, with one pin for torque. I got mine out just using friction (rubber glued to a jar cap of a diameter just slightly smaller than the barrel opening.
