Lux 50 a couple of years ago.
I use it mainly on a fuji x-pro1 (handles much faster in manual in very dark environments than any of the fuji lenses).

I have 11 lenses which are used with the above. None are Leicas. Some (Hex M's) were bought (new) before my first Leica purchase and i haven't seen any reason to "upgrade?" them. I would love to own the 50 1.4 Lux though just to find out what all the hoopla is about this lens. Haven't felt any need to upgrade from the M-E to the M 240 but would love to buy a new MP film body. In fact i would buy the MP long before splashing new money on the 50 Lux.

Never, Almost bought a new M9 ended up buying a used one from a the Leica Store in Miami.

Used everything. That said, there was one small purchase. I bought a brand hood for a 35 'Cron once from a Leica store, I needed it and happened to be passing. Bought on a whim. That was it. No wonder they have to sell new stuff for such high prices, their stuff from decades ago is often just as good as anything new and so everybody keeps buying that instead!

- M8 & 28mm Summicron-M - When discounted in 2008
This combo is still my favorite "35mm" walkabout setup. Absolutely love it.
- 75mm APO-Summicron-M - in 2014
- 50mm APO-Summicron-M in 2014
Still happy to have it and remain amazed I found the nerve to pull the trigger and buy it!

I can't afford a new Leica. I had the M4-P, IIIc and M2. Even the used digital models are outside of my price range. I did spend $2K on a Summilux once though. I would simply not buy a digital Leica. Older film models last forever. You can always fix an M2, no matter what. If it gets destroyed, well, you lose $600, not $6K. I had my Fuji X100S break after 5K shots.. Leicas do that too sometimes. The sensor will get bad and you have an expensive paper weight. If they were more like $3K, I might save up and get one, but not for more. I would need to be much richer to risk buying such an expensive digital camera. There are other digital cameras out there just as good and costing half the price. For film though, Leica is it.

There are plenty of film alternatives for any Leica, although you may need to buy used. The only alternative for digital M cameras is the Epson R-D1.
Preferences are a different matter, of course.

Have to admit, most of my purchases are for new Leica lenses. Will buy used, of course, mostly when no longer available new. Just got a new 50mm Apo Summicron M. But also just got a used 75mm Apo Summicron M - price was just too good.
