Thanks for your input! If it's really Rodinal, I don't think it ever expires from what I have read. The newer versions may be less stable. Again, this is only from what I have read. I did have a bottle of the R09 go bad on me in just 6 months because the crappy plastic bottle they put it in had developed a small split on the seam and the air got to it.

They fished a partially-used bottle out of some bombed-out ruins in Hamburg(?) long after the war, and it worked fine.

That's incredibly cool and slightly humorousThey fished a partially-used bottle out of some bombed-out ruins in Hamburg(?) long after the war, and it worked fine.
I have a good feeling a 10 year old sealed bottle will be fine then...

The bottle will be fine... I regularly use a 30 year old bottle of Orwo R09 (original East German Rodinal). Works perfectly, normal processing times.

Thanks for the self-assurance, but unfortunately due to the ridiculous shipping prices within Canada, the seller and I couldn't come to an agreement on price. The asking price for the Rodinal (Agfa Branded) itself was perfect but the shipping made it so that it was actually cheaper for me to buy Blazinal from Photoservice MTL.The bottle will be fine... Hmm...
