I ordered an EZ 521 from Rakuten some days ago. First I got a confirmation ( I think) , and now a cancellation (I think). Would any of you guys be so kind to tell me, if the order was canceled, and if there is anything I should do according to the text below (- I don't need a complete translation 
)
