Maybe it's the lab but I gotta' say that right now this is my most enjoyable combo;

The Bessa T, the 40mm Nokton, the 400BN and even the A&A strap are really working for me. So. . . what's your favorite Voigtlander and film combination?

Very nice combo you have there! My would be the Bessa R3a with either the 40mm Nokton or the 21mm Color Skopar. Both fascinating lenses! For the film: most of the time I use 400UC, but for B/W I also use Kodaks chromogenic 400CN.
Greetings,

Right now, my favourite combo is my Bessa-T with my Sweeneyfied J3 and Reala 100 film. I got a Luigi deluxe strap and a Luigi soft-release - both work well on the T.

However, I have to admit that I haven't tried very many films yet. I've been sticking with Reala 100, Superia 400, and Superia 800 mainly because they are easily attainable in my small town. I hated the Kodak Max films I've tried and stayed away from other Kodak films as a result. I did try Kodak BW400CN for the first time earlier this month and I really liked it. I went out and bought some more. I also bought some five-packs of Kodak Portra 160VC, Portra 400VC, 400UC and Ilford XP2 Super off e-Bay because of the good reviews here on RFF.

I have two CV lenses and love 'em both. The CV 21/4 resides on a Bessa L and is usually loaded with Tri-X but at this time of year (autumn in Ontario) I keep Fuji Superia 400 in it for the colours. The other is the CV 35/1.7 Ultron, one of my fav lenses on an M2. Tri-X.

My current favorite is the Bessa L w/25mm Snapshot Skopar & Kodak UC 400. This multi-purpose combo has served me well since last spring.

I had a chance to briefly handle a Bessa T & 35 Ultron combo this weekend and I was quite impressed with the overall quality and the brightness of the CV 35mm viewfinder. That T is a pretty cool camera!

Actually that was the 28 Ultron Chris. On the T with TriX. The CV 21 has gotten its fair share of time on my T too. Fast film, wide angle lens stopped down, kinda like a P&S with style.

Whoops, my bad. I guess I was too blown away by the viewfinder and rangerfinder to notice! Merely handling that camera made me want to own one. Sweet setup...can't wait to see some photos from it 🙂 .

My favorite combo is my Bessa R with the Nokton 50mm/1.5 and Ilford HP5+ on a Gordy's wrist strap. I also keep my Bessa L with 25mm/4.0 in the bag and handy, but the Bessa R is my everyday shooter.

Kodak BW400cn with the CV 21mm.
Does anyone have any idea why the 25mm has the click stops for distance and the 21 is RF coupled? I have always thought the reverse would make better sense...
Rob
