Film developement in Manhattan

My doughter is in Manhattan for a few month. Do you know any store to develope films good and not expensive (with copies). She told me tha t she pays 15 dollars. Thank you.

I've been going to Yardley Photo in Chinatown at 41 Bowery for C41 developing. So far they've done well. Developing only is $2.89 per roll. If you get prints it can be 20 cents a print if you print over certain amount. A typical roll of 24 exposure is around $8.80 (26 prints came out), tax included. They done well with the Fujifilm Xtra Superia 400 so far.
