I decided to start scanning negs, and I wanted to add a sprocket like border with the film type and speed, and frame number to the print. Is there a filter or plugin to do this? Thanks. Stu

Is any B&B Filmstrip any good for you?
Also have an action called 'Action Graphik®:35 mm Frame' - can't seem to find the website again, but it is attached as a zip and a sample attached.

I scanned a bit of overexposed developed film with a flatbed and place the image over that .psd. then I save as .png to get the sprocket holes transparant.

Scan bits of all the film you use at a large dpi and save them. It's as easy as any action.

I think Extensis made a product called Photoframe, but they don't seem to have the trial version on their website anymore. I'll try your methods. Thanks much. Stu

Photographic Edges ahs a HUGE number of frames, and all customizable. Might try that.
