Nice shots!
Here's my contribution from the black version on my black M9. Unfortunately focus is slightly off on this picture but I'm happy with the rendering.

My new 50/1.5 M-mount in black just arrived today. I think this may have been mentioned here already, but when I opened the box, a strong odor of epoxy wafted over me. It seems that the lens internals or the paint have some un-cured epoxy or other resin. Am I the only one to have found this? I'll give it a day or so to air out, but I think I may be returning my lens, which sucks, as I do like the handling.

When I took out the lens out of the box - it was a chrome lens - it felt sharp and hurting when I handled it. I rubbed it in with some ballbearing grease and the next day it felt OK.My new 50/1.5 M-mount in black just arrived today. When I opened the box, a strong odor of epoxy wafted over me. The good news: The funny plastic/resin smell isn't from the lens!
The annoying news: it's from the styrofoam packing. I like to keep the box should I need to return it under warranty, so now I have to put the box into two zip-locks and store it in my storage shed.
I'm guessing Cosina got a bad batch of styrofoam that after some time, or maybe the summer heat, gasses off some really nasty fumes.

if you are happy with your Zeiss, then IMO no as the Nokton will be just a GAS for you.
the main advantage the Nokton has is closer focus (0.9 vs 0.7)
size wise, I think the Zeiss is smaller
but the build of the chrome Nokton is just outstanding. match made in heaven with my M3

Got my photos back after taking a roll of Ektar 100 in for development. Shot on an M6.
It's been foggy here in Seattle for a past few days, especially down on the waterfront. So i thought i'd capture some of it this afternoon.

Just came back from japan and I used the M-Nokton as my primary 50mm lens for the trip - and I picked up a chrome version too - matches my chrome M2's very well.
It is a superb lens (in either colour) - fits the hand nicely and as its predecessor the 50f1.5 LTM about the best medium speed 50 this side of the Asph Summilux 50.

Thanks! To answer taemo's question, i had these developed and scanned at a Walgreen's. Simply because there's one 5 mins away from me, so it's convenient.
You can find the rest here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/computercontrolled/sets/72157635275513953/ along with the rest of my M6 shots.

I apologize as I am sure this has been discussed somewhere in this thread but....are the optics the same on the LTM version?
