Hi,

anyone cares to comment on how accurate the frameing of the external finder for the 21mm Biogon is? How bad is the parallax?

I think more gets onto the film than what you see in the 21mm finder. Parallax about 3 inches; same as the distance from lens to finder when measured in the film plane.

Incidentally, i use the Voigtlaender double flash shoe adapter for all the external finders on the G since otherwise - with a finder on the built in shoe - my nose squishes onto the body finder which protudes and I do not like this.

Thanks for the reply. Any clue whether it is a lot under? Is it more noticable than e.g. the 45mm with in camera finder.

I remember that problem with the nose and the body-finder from the last time I handled on in a shop.
