I should be around on the 22nd, but 1PM is lunch time, so does this place serve food or tats? I'm not looking for a tattoo, just some grub and maybe a good beer or three...

Hmmm. Yelp! lists this under restaurants, dive bars. And, people who like this also have reviewed Sugar Mom's and Dirty Frank's, probably the best dive bars in Philly, other than the Dawson Street Pub in Manayunk.
