I learned how to bake bread from my father. Today I tried to bake it in the BBQ because it was a warm summer day and I did not want to add the the air conditioning load by using the kitchen oven. It came out great! Too bad you can only see the pics and not taste the bread.
3:1 unbleached white to whole wheat flour, + sesame seeds, sugar, salt, yeast, olive oil, water, that's it.

Looks great! I just refreshed my sourdough starter to make a couple of loaves tomorrow.
