Out of Focus

Out of Focus

Gads, shows how much your friend knows the last picture of the bus ride is superb!!! I've been trolling this site for a few days now and I'm very impressed with the artistry. Great work.

I've been debating wheather or not to get a Bessa r2/r3/m/a with PII lens and you've just sinched it for me.

I used to own a Yashica G35 back in the day and I kinda want to get back in Range Finders, I can not understand for the life Leica are so damned expenssive (I know, I know I've heard all the arguments, but still, it's robery) Bessa R's offer the best solution in my humble opinion.

Good luck in China and keep taking photos!

Cheers

thanks for the many comments everyone

Can you believe one of my friends asked me why most of the photos were out of focus? And to think he has a d70....yikes, what is in focus to him?

Very good work, really enjoyed the series! It's always nice to see people put up some pics instead of just words-words-words. The only wish I sometimes had is that you would have gone up a tad closer to your subjects; in some photos you already do this, so I understand that when you did not this was a clear choice of you to sketch the setting...

I have the same combo R2A-35PII and really enjoy it. Simply great material to work with. I'm waiting for a 35/2 (summicron) to arrive to let some more light get into my bessa-box, but maybe that's a bit off-topic here.

All I meant to say is: keep shooting, and keep posting!

Internet communication is a tricky thing, so just to make myself extra clear: I have nothing against those topics with pages of texts, manuals, personal views, experiences, random thoughts etcetera, I also enjoy those very much indeed. But since we're all photographers here, I'm sure you get my point.
