I don't use Flickr so can't really help with the image resizing. PhotoBucket works for me, solely as a storage place so I can link here, as its very very basic

U need to have the actual file name like cd12324.jpg as part of the full name to use between the IMG keyword. I have not used Flickr in a very long while, u need to bring up the view that allows u to select a size and copy the URL u c at top of browser. Can't remember the exact steps.
