First Results Leica M7 / 50mm 'Lux

I've put some pictures from my new Leica M7 and 50mm Summilux in my member gallery.

I'm so pleased with the results - it's an amazing camera!

Used my M7 and the 75 'lux last evening for model shoot. Around a bunch of other photographers using Canon and Nikon digital SLRs. I heard the comment "That camera sounds old". Ha!

Yes, because it lacks the characteristic clash and whirr of the mirror and motor so beloved by the more forward-thinking among us. No reassuring beep from the autofocus either.

Just wait until they see the results - they'll be binning their DSLRs.

I shoot at work with a Canon 1Ds MkII and a Canon 1V HS but really prefer the Leica! (^ ^)
