No I had to send them in. I bought the lens just for B&W. I also have the Leitz 40mm f2. I'am shooting a of color with the same Voigtlander to see how they turn out. People say it gives you a vintage color look. Thx Kevin

smaller, I have big hands, the Voigtlander 40sc is nicer to adjust for me. The color photos that come out of the Leitz 40/2 are the best I have seen. I bought the VC sc lens to try with BW, if you are only buying one lens for color & BW I would go with a VC 40 mc or the Leitz 40mm.

Well you just mentioned the MC, Do you prefer the Mc or SC for B&W. Obviously you cant comment on colour but you just may prefer the sc for colour maybe? Thanks

I like the vintage look, thats why I bought the sc Voighlander. I think from what I have seen & read the SC lens will also give the vintage 50's 60's look on color also meaning softer not so much contrast in color. If you are only going to buy one lens for color, the MC lens is what I would buy. I will only use the sc lens for b&w from now on I like the look it gives.

Oh, one last thing, Do you use a uv filter on that lens? I like to use a UV but I am afraid it will Defeat the efect of an sc lens. Thanks
