First rolls developed!

I developed my first 2 rolls of tri-x after a 30 ish year break today. HC-110 at 1/63 dilution.
1st roll 11 mins at 22 deg C. 1 min of agitation at 5 mins. A little under developed.
2nd roll 11 mins 30 sec at 23 deg C with the same 1 minute agitation.
looks much better and this roll was the 1st out of my newly Sover Wong serviced F and 35 Nikkor-O. Feels great.
Anyone have any agitation tips? I'm looking for a little more contrast. thx

You're agitation is way too much. Try 3 inversions every minute to start.

This is what I do: TriX at 250 (which lowers contrast), 11:45 in dilutionH, 30 seconds initial agitation, the 3 inversions at 10, 7, 4, 1 minutes (counting down). I get the contrast that I want; so if you want Ralph Gibson contrast raise the development time and/or increase the agitation. I'll give you a high contrast example:
