Foma 100 and 400 do seem to be classic emulsions, the 200 is a very interesting film at whatever ISO you determine it to be, has a terrific tonal range.
You pays your money and takes your choice.
I think it is the best film Foma makes, though I also like their reversal B&W very much, I only had the slides processed by them-- it scans and prints beautifully.
Regards, John

Wow, Alan, talk about a crisp image! I've used Fomapan before, but never with Diafine. Must get some. But film/developer is only half the story: What lens is that?

Thanks! That was the Yashica Mat 124g at f/5.6 or f/8 and scanned with my crappy Canon 8800f.

Real Men Shoot Film.
I just developed and scanned some Fomapan 100, 120 size, in PMK Pyro that came out very beautiful. I'll post them as soon as I edit them.

I've got a Plustek 7200 but I'm not sure it would do any better than your crappy Canon 8800f. BTW, my best friend's sister has this car, so I get to drive hers now and then. Lots of fun on twisty roads.
