For Sale Threads?

Hi, all.

Sorry if I missed an obvious FAQ, but I was wondering if there was a difference bewteen FS/FT threads posted directly to the Canon Rangefinder forum and those posted to the classifieds...I don't want to ruffle any feathers if I were to post something for sale.

If a kind soul could point me towards a sticky thread or the relevant FAQ, I'd be much obliged. Thanks.

hi joe.. welcome to the RFF club

it's best just for organizational purposes to keep all the FT/FT ads in the classifieds section.. all the 'new threads' are shown on the main page, so the regulars will definitely see it no matter where you post it, and having it in the 'usual place' means people will be able to find it quicker if they try looking it up again a couple days or a week later

That 100 3.5 thread ought to be killed since it's not a FS add anymore anyway, just a distraction.
