The sauce is traditionally made with bitter green oranges now so very seldom available. Served with duck, this is the start of the making for Christmas dinner 2012.

It looks good! I have Ektar on my mind this week. I found my 1979 Olympus XA compact 35mm camera in my camera bag the other day and finally developed the film, which was a roll of Ektar, revealing an archive of images that goes back to January of 2011.
