+1. where is documentary evidence. my wife was sunning herself on a pier on the Hudson many years ago when a bloated body floated by. NYC's finest did come to fish that one out.

understood why you would not post an image here. curious, did you make an image? did the cops ever show up? back when my wife discovered the "floater" (the cops' word for it), they told her it was a common thing.
