hello,
at times i ran into some nice photos on the internet of which i'd like to have a print but don't really know how.. for example the following photo of slick and joplin seems to belong to jim marshall. but i don't think that an ordinary copy can be purchased on his website. what a pity.

for some others i don't even know who has taken them. the resolution on the internet is often not enough for a quality print.
any ideas?

That's a great shot of Janis! I'm sure that Jim copyrighted it though, so you'll have to contact him for prints. There's a reason why internet photos are low rez

well, it seems to be too late now...
not even to mention those unknown photographers.
photos like this, in my opinion, are too good to only be able to be visioned on the internet

Jim Marshalls estate prints are handled by Morrison Hotel Gallery and they show that print on their web site www.morrisonhotelgallery.com/photo/default.aspx?photographID=1632
looks like you have to phone them for more info but I would be prepared to pay lots of $
