It is just a matter of time when it is out. Anyhow I found a big source Fuji Superia 100 at the former Fuji plant in Tilburg during their sales out of production materials and rest stock.
Let's wait and see.
And:
AgfaPhoto Vista 200 has exact the same emulsion as Fuji C200.
And at Photokina the AgfaPhoto people told me at their booth that they are continuing their films for many years to come.
Same was published in the PhotoKlassik, the leading German film photo print magazine in their Photokina edition.
Therefore no reason at all to worry for people who like this emulsion: Buy it either as Fuji C200, or as AgfaPhoto Vista 200.
Still not one pound per roll here though... actually a lot more expensive than the cheapest retail colour films here in the Toronto area, which would be Kodak Gold 200, $10.88 for three rolls of 24 at Walmart (or about $6.50 on ebay.ca).
I have the Photoklassik every three months by Post. Further I have pretty good contacts with most manufactureres. The C200 was meant for the Africa, South American and some other special markets, however due to some extra import it was available in Europe too. If Lupus (Agfa Photo) is able to make an agreement further with Fuji for their Vista film so be it!
