Hi Fujica fans,
I have a V2 with an issue I can't figure out. :bang:
The shutter works perfectly when the lens is in the inward position (moved inwards with the distance / focus dial which is on the top/back of the camera, under the reload lever).
But ...
when the lens is moved outwards, the shutter only works once. After reload, there is only a click under the release button but not action in the shutter itself.
It looks to me that there is some sort of "disconnect" between the shutter and the release mechanisms when the lens is fully extended.
I have partially dismantled the camera (top, front, front of lens/shutter) but I cannot see anything which is loose.
Thank's all for considering !

Take the bottom cover off and have a look there, that's usually where the wind on/shutter connection occurs.

It is off but I dont think there is any linkage. I found this picture showing the removed lens barrel. It looks like there is some sort of linkage where the arrow is. I'm struggling to get the lens barrel off. The only way is to unscrew it from the film chamber. I'm not even sure which way to turn. Probably clockwise when looking from the film chamber.

Looks like you will have to peel back the leatherette on the body on both sides of the lens and unscrew the lens mounting plate from there.
Seems you are in for some major surgery.

from what I've read it is possible to unscrew the shutter assembly from the inside of the film chamber
