It is definitely simulated, even if simulated by Fuji. Those are the exact some photos, which is not possible if you are using two different cameras. That said, I have no doubt that there will be an increase in resolution/clarity from the removal of the AA filter alone. What I am curious about is the dynamic range of the X20. The dynamic range of X10 with the hardware DR400 mode is amazing though it means sacrificing half the resolution.
