Gitzo Monopod Bushings and Touch-Up Paint

Gitzo used to offer a service years ago to refurbish your monopod or tripos. Does anyonw know if Bogen does this since they have taken over or if they sell the bushings and touch up paint?

You can use regular gray Hammerite paint sold at most major hardware stores for the painted finish. Parts can be ordered directly through Bogen/Manfrotto.
