the weather was rather nice
to the photographic point of view, a nice storm would have been nice , but for the beginning it was better to have a quiet weather
Using a TLR on board wasn't harder than a 135mm camera, I just avoided to have it wide open as much as I could, the only trouble was to change the film every 12 shots

Good stuff man! Looking forward to seeing more.
I had to laugh coz it reminded me of one time photography mentor, he'd get mad at you and tell you to make up your mind for this project - either shoot B&W or color, either 35mm or 120. Not me, him.

Glad to see that everything went fine. I like the pictures you have
posted so far. I may be wrong, but in all of them there is the feeling
of a confined space, even when you are on deck.
I presume that if the weather was good you didn't have troubles with
your gear.
Looking forward to see more pics.

all boats look big in harbor but once you are out at see with no land in sight they seem very small and the ocean seems much less friendly
