Greetings,

I did the deed. I got a replacement bellows from Camera Bellows in Birmingham, UK for about $67 USD delivered. It is REALLY nice. According to my contact there it is synthetic, but if I had not known that I would have guessed that it was really fine leather.

Anyway, I probably took years of my life by doing the work to replace the worn out Fuji bellows. This is NOT your grandpa's folder. There are a lot of tiny screws and one better not be guzzling espresso before attempting this job. It took me about 1/2 hour to get it apart, but it took another 3 hours to put it all back together.

Don't try this at home! If you feel the urge to replace one of these yourself; stop, have a stiff drink then call a professional.....

So far though my camera seems right. I tested focus and it seems right on and the linkages seem to be working OK. The test now is to run some film through it.

Greg,
I did what you suggested. I sent mine to a professional, CameraWiz, and am glad I did. It works like a new camera after cleaning and the new bellows installed. I love this camera. I can't think of a better traveling MF camera and I own several.
