Hi, last night I notice my GSN automatically bulbing whenever the slow light would come on. When the light wasn't on, it would go back to normal.
Any idea how this can be fixed?

POD is a small piece inside Electro's, which should be replaced on all (I'll take a risk to use word ALL) G-series cameras to make them reliable. Or usable at all.

I found an old photo from when I was facing and fixing the same challenge. Oh, the good old days.

Wait.... Are you sure it's going to bulb? The metering system will open the shutter to a max of 30seconds. It will only stay open as long as the shutter release is held. With long exposures it may appear to be going to bulb. Have you tried to hold the shutter release down until it closes or 30 expires whichever comes first. I could be wrong but kind of remember experiencing the same with one of my Electros. Now it's out there 😉

Great thanks for that.
The photos this thing is producing are very inconsistent. One might be perfectly exposed and then the next from the same spot at the same time is badly underexposed. The POD again?

I'm not sure. I'll check again when I go home.
Tho for the conditions it shouldn't have stayed open for longer than a few seconds.
