Hasselblad SWC is cool

^^^ Amazing terrain and interesting photos, Nick! ^^^
And Tasmania appears to have an incredibly varied landscape.

Anyone know how the Schneider 40/3.5 Super Angulon for the Rollei 6008 compares?

No, but we know that no other MF camera has a better corrected 38mm wide angle lens as the Zeiss on the SWC.
For 35mm, the Zeiss Hologon 16mm 8.0 is extremely well corrected.

Isn't there also a Zeiss 40mm lens for Hasselblad cameras?
I have seen posts in which users of the 40mm lens praised it very much. I expect that the Schneider 40mm lens for the Rollei 6008 not to be inferior to the Zeiss 40mm lens, but I have had no experiences with either one.

Yes, there's several versions of the Zeiss 40mm Distagon for Hasselblad.

There's also the Mamiya 43/f4.5 for the Mamiya 7 rangefinder. That's the closest I've seen to the SWC's 38mm Biogon in terms of size and performance.

Larry,

That is a fantastic perspective, shot, exposure!

Simply excellent!

Now I want another SWC!!!!

Thank you for sharing!

David

Thanks, David. It’s a camera that encourages me to visualize things I can’t quite get with any other camera, even if it’s only my dog’s rear end. :)
