Hi everyone,

I am going to bid oh M7II kit at ebay. In description of this camera is mentioned some "haze" in the viewfinder window. This is the quote:

"The only minor defect is a haze in the viewfinder window. This does not negatively affect the light meter, focusing, or composition. I must point this out in text because it cannot be seen in the pictures."

Did anyone hear about this defect ? Is it important? Could it result in future the problems with the camera?

Any income welcome,

yes indeed, i had this exact problem with my 6 for about the last 2 years and it didnt affect anything besides the viewfinder is not as clear as before. Because of this i did not bother to get it cleaned.
about 4 months ago i needed to clean 2 of my m6 lenses so i thought i might else get the viewfinder cleaned. the repairman cleaned it easily and it is now like brand new. and becaue he also cleaned 2 lenses, he did not charge me for cleaning the haze in the VF.
