Heligon Rodenstock 2.8/35 in LTM - what do you know?

A friend has this lens, a strange one, made in Germany, that seems to be for Leica, since it has the M39 LTM.

There is one like the one he has (and I want to get it) on ebay, at a price that left me speachless:

I can get this lens very cheap, but I wonder why this lens seems to be so high-valued?

Three reasons I can think of -

a - it's a Rodenstock
b - the seller is in Poland
c - it's on that auction site

Add those up and you get a price at least 3x what it should fetch.

Just my opinion though.....
