help for Tetenal

Hi guys, I bought a bottle of Tetenal "ultrafin plus" to develop my first negatives, but I don't know how much time should I keep the film in the solution (Ilford fp4) and how many time should I move the tank. I tryied with 1+4 concentration and 4 minutes, but it was not enough... Any help?

thank you eliask, I found also a table, and discovered I was too short of 50% with the developing time. Next time it will be better!
