I've been looking for the Canon 34mm screw-on series VI adapter for the Canon 100mm f/3.5.

I got one with my 35mm/2.8 lens when I bought it way back when. I found a second one on ebay in 2006. My CRS is acting up and I don't recall the exact brand and designation. They are out there. I've been lucky and found 34mm-39mm-43mm to Series VI adapters. CRS in remission: Ednalite and Tiffen both made them. I have both brands.
