Help! My Holga is Too Good!

i have yet to try 35mm film in my holga. I still have a roll of hp5 in it still, just got tired of it though i do love using color film in it..

i have some viginitng with mine only slightly, im sure if i take out the mask it would be more...

And, removing the mask definitely helps.

I have a toy camera (Capital MX-II -- it's molded to look like a tiny SLR) and have the same problem. It's too good to be interesting and not good enough to be worthwhile.

Maybe I'll try kicking it around a bit.

Try smearing some vasaline around the circumference of the lens (leaving it more clear towards the center). I've used that to to some very weird success in the past.
