Help needed for a beginner

I'll be simply amazed with whatever appears, be it a thumb over the lens, trees growing out of peoples heads, or whatever. Don't worry, results will be shown. :)
 
you could also wile away some hours on www.ilfordphoto.com - download the PDF files describing their films and chemicals and even articles on how to develop your b&w film...but then I'm biased towards Ilford films anyway... :)

At the moment, I'm not biased towards any film, having been out of the film-based photography thing for a number of years. I'm only biased towards b+w. :)
