I have been doing photography since 1966 learning to develop 4x5 film from a Speed Graflex in high school. I am going back to my first love which is black and white after shooting color for years primarily as I did not have a place to develop/print.
I just ordered a Nocton 35 f1.2 and am looking forward to available darkness photography. I plan on developing the film at home and then scanning/printing digitally and admit to knowing nothing about scanning so I am looking for recommendations on equipment and techniques.
But what I am really looking for are references, either books or on-line about scanning, printing, film (b&w vs C41) etc. Any and all help would be deeply appreciated.
Now I admit I have not looked at this section of RFF so I will be reading the threads here and over at APUG. I love this website by the way.
