Out to Lunch, on Flickr. Vespa Cosa, 150cc. My first, and last Vespa in Vietnam. A powerful and temperamental scooter which I sold after I grew tired of bringing it into the
shop for repairs. Its new owner had it stripped and rebuilt and is still riding it today. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vespa_Cosa

Out to Lunch, on Flickr. The Vespa and Lambretta repair shop where, between 2000 and 2007, I spent too much time having my Vespa Cosa repaired. Most of these small
repair shops have since disappeared. Vespa is now producing scooters in Vietnam and has created a country-wide dealership network.

Out to Lunch, on Flickr. Fifties and Sixties Vespa's to be, either restored, or sold.

very nice!!! I am curious to know how long you have been in Vietnam? Your photos show that you already have the eyes of local Vietnamese, which looks not the same as the tourist.

I'm glad it is in BW. And very nice Vespa is alive. They better start to make electrical with portable solar charger and swappable batteries.

I am seeing more electric scooters on the road. A locally made electric scooter has swappable batteries and is gaining in popularity: https://shop.vinfastauto.com/vn_vi/bike-klara-s.html
