shop for repairs. Its new owner had it stripped and rebuilt and is still riding it today. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vespa_Cosa

repair shops have since disappeared. Vespa is now producing scooters in Vietnam and has created a country-wide dealership network.

As a motorcyclist I can say no where else on earth are motorcycles more
accommodated than in Viet Nam . Everyone knows side walks are for motorcycle parking . Peter

During rush hour, whenever the sidewalks are empty, many riders believe that they also offer a decent substitute for the main road .
