That is awesome. And I love the way the chassis is high for travelling “up and down sidewalks”. Necessary from what I’ve seen in Vietnam.

The Soco Ducati escooter here is over $5k.

I always enjoy coming to this thread. It is a very different Vietnam than I knew in 67-72. I think I would be a little lost. And of course I haven't spoken Vietnamese in about 45 years so essentially I don't speak it or understand it anymore.

Hi oftheherd, thanks for stopping by. When you left Saigon in 1972, Metro Saigon had a little over 2 million inhabitants. Today, the number is close to 9 million. This said I believe you'd be able to find your way around District 1 without too many problems. Perhaps try the free Duolingo app to polish your Vietnamese. Cheers, OtL
