You can go to Stanley Street, most of the shops will have Tri-X, not sure about Plus-X. Make sure you look around, prices vary quite a lot from one shop to another. The photo shops close earlier in Stanley Road, not sure why but it seems that around 7pm everything is closed (which is pretty unusual for Hong Kong).
You can also go to Man Shing (G/F, 106 Tung Choi Street, Mongkok) or Wing Shing (G/F, 91-95, Fa Yuen Street, Mongkok ), they both have a good selection of films if I remember correctly (I haven't been there for a while tough).

Stanley STREET in Central, Hong Kong Island. There are 3-4 camera shops and you should be able to find the film.
Man Shing and Wing Shing in Mong Kok as mentioned by Meven should have that as well.
