Whoa there, slow down and wait for me. I'll go with you. Glad you liked the snap. While street shooting, I usually stop for a pint or two, to rehydrate and get some stationary street shot's. I just sat there at Kell's Pub, and waited for the elements to fall into place. I then just tripped the shutter. The real bummer is how fast it happened. I was looking forward to a long wait behind many (photo blinds) pints. Nothing like a pint of the focusing fluid to get your motivation going.......
I'll send you a print, if you'd like. I said "print", not pint! Here's another "Pub" snap.

I'm rather fond of the "focusing fluid" myself.
This photo was taken last St. Patrick's Day.
Today I'm recovering from last nights "St. Practice Day" celebrations. If I got anything in focus it'll be amazing.

That's a nice snap of you giving a lecture on the advantages of combining focusing fluid with rangefinders. Damn, I'm sorry that I missed that seminar. Don't forget my invitation next year.

That's actually Chad, lead singer of Larkin. they play Irish drinking and rebel songs.
My avatar is my portrait. Taken when I was much younger, about 37 years younger.

Nice Avatar and self portrait. But that does not explain why there is not a pint of the focusing fluid, in your hand. Age is no excuse!

Taken with my first rangefinder, an Olympus 35LC. My friend pre-focused on my eyes, them we wrapped a sheet of paper around the lens.

Is that the Canonet GIII QL-17? I'd love to hear your opinion on it. I was just using mine, earlier today.

Actually it is a non-GIII QL17. I posted some comments under the "New Canon Guy" thread:

I know... I KNOW!
I just didn't have one with me at the time. However, I am going back there this week with my R2. Lots of good photo opportunites there. I'll probably shoot a couple rolls easy.

Me using a 15mm sigma fish on an old Petri SLR and me and a fellow in the car on a shiny winter day. Also with the fish, but on a dSLR that time. The picture is quite old, though... got new glasses and a new haircut.
