I thought it would be interesting to read how people found out about RFF.

I did a search one day on google - I recall I was researching something about film or on Bessas and came across a link to this site.

I read a few posts - noted the knowledge and friendliness of the then user base and decided to join.

The rest, as they say, is history..

I was on the Leica forum and someone mentioned members on RFF and I looked it up and been here ever since. My thanks to that poster. It has been so beneficial to me that I can't even begin to tell you folks how much.I spend an awful lot of time here every day but learn so much, it's great.

Internet search, either Google or Yahoo! I think must have either been searching for RANGEFINDERS or BESSA.

I really have no idea, most likely I just stumbled upon it searching the internet for camera information. I had always been into rangefinder camers so I guess it was inevitable that I would find RFF. This is a great site and I have learned a lot here as well as becoming a better photographer

Google - looking for information on a GSN I bought two 4th of Julys ago... 😱 Lots of RF's under the bridge since then.

I heard about it on FredMiranda.com back when I was in my digital phase (sold all that crap for my RFs 🙂 )

I ran a Google search about Contax RFs, and one of the links was to a Honu-Hugger post on RFF about zeiss lenses. Looked around a bit, and registered as a user after lurking for a couple of weeks.

I followed a link from the Contax G Pages. Those pages are primarily for posting photos and there was not that much to read. First I lurked while reading the Contax G section here. Later I thought why not read some Leica stuff? Eventually I wanted to chime in or post so I joined. 😱
