Yeah. Check with Tom A, he might even be willing to sell you some.
He buys it by the case
A case is eighteen rolls of 400' in a wooden crate.

Last roll I bought here in the States, about a year ago, was $276 for 400 ft.

HeHe, he has plenty of Nikon RF cameras and Leica M bodies to feed film through to have any spare film left over to sell to a fellow Canadian.

You can get pre-rolled rolls here:
http://filmphotographyproject.com/store/35mm-bw-eastman-double-x-5222-1-roll
Or:
100' rolls here:
http://filmphotographyproject.com/store/fpp-eastman-double-x-5222-35mm-x-305m-100-ft
Still, cheaper to buy directly from Kodak. Just call 1-800-621-FILM during normal business hours

Buy more film
It seems Film Photography Project has raised their prices on the 100' rolls. I bought a roll earlier this year in March for $79.99+$7.85 USPS Priority Shipping = $87.84 total. Now the price is $89.99+shipping. If prices keep going up, I may have to consider buying a 400' spool direct from Kodak, then figure out how to spool it down to bulk load.

Well-known
The actual price in Europe has raised over 35% comparing with 2 years ago. Besides higher production costs it all has to do with the euro us$ rate. So the time for cheap XX is already over. UN54 ORWO is the cheapest cine film now, approx. €120 for 122m/400ft.
